The concert featured previous Spur award-winners WAYNE LAW (2002), WAYNE HORSBURGH (2000 Millennium Achievement Award) and last year's recipient DONNA BOYD and her band. There was also a surprise appearance by LUKE KOTERAS. The 2004 International Frank Ifield Spur Award was presented to GRAHAM G TOOLE. FRANK IFIELD and GRAHAM G TOOLE WAYNE HORSBURGH waves goodbye to Sydney before returning to the USA for another season.
