Alan first performed with the Steve Wallace Band around Sydney in the 60's - influenced by Oz Star Dig Richards and Cliff Richard.

Following RAAF Service, he went on to manage Tamworth Travelodge where he met Slim Dusty...

Switching to Country: Alan was influenced by Don Williams, Johnny Cash, Dig Richards and Craig Giles. He has performed in Malaysia, Tamworth and regional centres, and recently as support act for Bosco Bosanacs 'Cash on Delivery' Johnny Cash Tribute Shows in various Sydney Venues.

Based at Regents Park in Sydney, Alan grew up in Grenfell NSW, a true country boy of Irish descent he has always volunteered for worthy benefit concerts - Has his own solo equipment and happily supports small towns - having grown up in one himself!

Apart from his Don Williams tribute, Alan also performs hits of Garth Brooks, Jim Reeves, Elvis and Neil Diamond as well as Aussie Originals written for him by good friend Colin Rea, talented musician and songwriter.
